These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Taltas platform operated by Boston Tech Labs LLC. By creating an account or using Taltas, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use Taltas. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@taltas.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Platform Use

Taltas provides AI-powered recruiting and career representation tools. You agree not to use the platform to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, scrape or extract data through automated means, or attempt to circumvent our security systems.

Recruiters may not use Taltas to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics. All use must comply with applicable employment law in your jurisdiction.

AI and Agent Interactions

Taltas uses large language models to power SNAP session agents, Waypoint chat, and match scoring. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs and recommend human review of all match decisions before employment action is taken.

Intellectual Property

Taltas and its content, design, and technology are the property of Boston Tech Labs LLC. You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform, including your profile, documents, and session contributions. By submitting content you grant Taltas a limited licence to use it to provide the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taltas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Termination does not affect obligations that arose prior to termination.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
